These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of OfferBell, a recruiting training platform operated by OfferBell (“we,” “us,” or “OfferBell”). By creating an account or otherwise using OfferBell, you agree to these Terms.
If you don’t agree, don’t use OfferBell.
You must be at least 13 years old to use OfferBell. If you’re under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms and consents to your use of the service. You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it updated.
You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, including any actions taken by people you give access to. Keep your password secure. Tell us immediately at support@offerbell.org if you suspect unauthorized access.
One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted. We may suspend accounts that show signs of being shared (e.g., simultaneous logins from many distinct devices).
OfferBell offers three tiers: Free, Pro, and Elite. The features and limits of each tier are described on our pricing page and may change over time. Material changes to existing customers’ plans will be communicated by email before they take effect.
Paid plans bill monthly, every six months, or annually depending on the cycle you select at checkout. Charges renew automatically at the end of each cycle until you cancel.
All charges are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. You authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method on file for each billing cycle. If a charge fails, we will retry per Stripe’s default retry schedule; if all retries fail, your subscription will be cancelled and your account downgraded to Free.
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from the My Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep paid access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time. See the Refund Policy for details.
Upgrades (e.g., Pro to Elite, or monthly to annual) take effect immediately, with proration applied by Stripe. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
We may change prices for new sign-ups at any time. For existing subscribers, we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before a price increase takes effect, and you may cancel before the new price applies.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. We may also remove content that violates these rules without notice.
OfferBell lets you create content — outreach drafts, resume uploads, notes, contacts, mock interview transcripts, coach conversations. You retain all rights to this content. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service to you and (in anonymized aggregate form) to improve OfferBell.
You represent that you have the right to upload anything you upload (e.g., your own resume, your own outreach contacts) and that doing so doesn’t violate anyone else’s rights or any law.
OfferBell uses third-party AI providers to generate outreach drafts, resume feedback, coach responses, and similar outputs. These outputs are AI-generated and may contain errors, omissions, or content that is incorrect or misleading. You are responsible for reviewing all AI outputs before sending them to anyone or relying on them.
OfferBell is a training and practice tool. We make no guarantees about job offers, interview outcomes, networking responses, or any career result. The recruiting process involves many factors outside OfferBell’s control.
The OfferBell platform — including interview prep modules, flashcards, drill questions, written guides, the software itself, the design, and all related materials — is owned by OfferBell and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use this content for personal, non-commercial study during your active subscription.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from OfferBell’s content without our written permission. This includes posting interview prep questions to public forums, sharing flashcard decks, or republishing our written guides.
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion is permanent — see our Privacy Policy for what we retain and what we delete.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, engage in fraud or abuse, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion. We’ll generally give notice and an opportunity to cure, but not always — serious violations may be terminated immediately. On termination, your right to use OfferBell ends.
OFFERBELL IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ALWAYS AVAILABLE.
We do not guarantee that using OfferBell will lead to any specific career outcome, including job offers, internship placements, or improved interview performance. OfferBell is one tool among many — your effort, your skills, and external factors matter more than any single platform.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OFFERBELL AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OFFERBELL, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OFFERBELL IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS.
Some jurisdictions don’t allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you. In those cases, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold OfferBell harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of any third party’s rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of OfferBell will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Before filing any legal action, you agree to first contact us at support@offerbell.org and try to resolve the dispute informally. Most issues can be solved this way and we genuinely prefer it.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We’ll communicate material changes by email or by a notice in the app. Continued use of OfferBell after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you don’t agree with a change, you can stop using OfferBell and cancel your subscription.
If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and OfferBell. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a business transfer or acquisition.
